I would give zero stars if I could. I spoke to an Indian sounding lady on the phone who could barely speak English. I would consider myself a well educated and very clearly spoken person, however, I had to repeat myself many times and even had to spell words to be understood. Even then I could not get my question answered, so she put me on to a lady who sounded like she was possibly from Africa. She was almost as bad with very poor communication skills. Management needs to employ friendly, helpful staff with a good command of the English language, or risk further bad reviews.

It is not too often that you come across people like Lou.nnI first met Lou in complete desperation, an absolute shell of a human with 0 hope, having dropped down to part-time hours and about to resign from my job due to crippling fatigue. From the moment I met her I knew she knew exactly what she was talking about. She is both incredibly knowledgeable and personable; a true expert in her field and a lovely lady. Lou talks the talk but most certainly walks the walk.nnI have spent large amounts of money elsewhere in the prior 6 months seeing 5 different specialists and 2 GP's with no answers (hence aforementioned desperation) and she was able to identify within 5 minutes of seeing me that my vitamin levels were exceptionally low, which is something not one of these other medical professionals were able to identify (and I assure you their consult fees are dramatically higher than Lou's). Since starting the recommended treatments prescribed, which consists of IV infusions, Vitamin B-12 Injections and personalised compounded products to replenish other things my body was lacking I have regained the energy to be able to work full-time again.nnLou has surrounded herself with a fantastic and knowledgeable team who have always been nothing short of amazing and they really do go the extra mile. My experience when I am there is always exceptional and I am made to feel very comfortable. I always leave better then when I arrive.nnI will continue to visit The Compounding Lab and if you're interested in knowledge about your body and health, results and not to be treated like you're just another head walking through the door, I couldn't recommend a place more.nnCheers Lou and the team for everything you have done and continue to do for me :)nnOh and Fonzie Abbott Coffee Roasters is located literally next door too, what more could you possibly want!?

Absolutely useless. My script was with them for over a week and they told me it was being processed. Rang today and told me they couldn't process it and I had two tablets left. Went somewhere else and they were able to process it straight away. I thought I would try using this service again as I had moved to the area and hoped that they would have improved after losing my tablets in the past and also losing my script. NEVER AGAIN.
