Terrible Company! Stay Away!nWould give Sunlover Holidays 0 stars if there were an option.nWe booked a sunset cruise on Hamilton Island though these guys 5 days ago, paid in full, got a confirmation email telling us we were booked and the details of the cruise. A few hours prior to the cruise leaving we had not had any reminders or updates so we called the company running the cruise to confirm all was going ahead as scheduled (as there was some bad weather around).nThe company running the cruise advised us that we were not booked in for the cruise and that they had emailed Sunlover Holidays a number of times to let them know that they had no availability for us.nWe then had to chase Sunlover who had no idea that we were not booked and had no other options for us. Left us withouht a sunset cruise on the evening of our anniversary.nAnd to boot, looks like we will have to wait until after the long weekend for a refund for the tour we were never even booked on!nExtremely unprofessional and dissapointing.

When I started planning this trip to Australia we knew we had only 2 weeks to spend. Guidepost Travel was the only group willing to plan the trip where we wanted to go in this time frame, but prior to arrival everything showed Sunlover Holidays on the paperwork. Just prior to our arrival, I learned it was my responsibility, not the person we discussed the tour with, to see that all events were confirmed 24 hours prior to the event taking place. Not having lived in Australia we did not realize that some of our events were on holidays. Luckily most of the locations were available by phone to confirm. However, when you could not reach them none of the telephone numbers, even emergency numbers for Sunlover were answered, and you had no person by phone to ask. Luckily one time when a service had not been paid the group agreed to provide the service and worry about payment later. We had a great trip with good guides except while in Sydney, which was the worst hotel of the trip.
