First they wouldn’t credit/refund the entire value of the flights I had booked in February, had to fight to be refunded the entire value.nThen, was told by the operator I would be upgraded to use the entire cost of my credit value when I went to rebook, he even charged me $5 extranWas not the case.. what a scamnBook your own way.

ABSOLUTE disaster. Do not book!nnBeen on the phone with them for 1 hour 21 minutes and counting. In the time the cost of the flights have gone up. They can't book me the flights I need, the supervisor can't do anything. ABSOLUTELY USELESS.nJust a money hole. Do not throw your money into it!

NEVER book with StudentUniverse!!nGot VirginAus credits after the border shutdown. Three months later when I try to rebook a flight, they charge me $150 more than what’s available on Virgin website and when I asked for refund because they are not fairly charging me, they said it was voluntary cancellation by me (what?!!) not Virgin so can’t guarantee for refund. Any how I requested for refund and it’s on progress. The way they dealt with the matter over the phone wasn’t sincere at all! Such a disappointing!nnJust check their own website selling the same ticket for $170 less than what they charged me. Unfair!!!

I would give Student Universe 0 stars if I could. What an absolute joke of a travel provider. I have never booked a flight through an agency that doesn't even send you an itinerary for your flight but sends you barages of spam emails. Save yourself a lot of stress and do not waste your time and money booking flights through these guys.

Companies who have no commitment to customer support should not be allowed to do business. The same excuse all over, 'we have high call volumes'... shame on you!!
