I ordered a print for a good friends 18th birthday. I had an issue with the tracking number, and within just a short couple hours of me sending an email it was fixed. Customer service was second to none. Keep up the amazing work. Print arrived and was even better then I imagined. Seriously incredible and I will be ordering from here every time I need a canvas created or to liven up a space

Lots of choice, great stock art pre-frame... with excellent decor bargains at present and the option to print your own artwork to any quality level including acrylics... very happy, will visit again to buy more

The Canvas Art Factory end was excellent, well packed, very pleased with the product. The postage / delivery end was not the best. I had no way of telling them I was away until the 12th, so it was left on the verandah. Fortunately we have cameras and were able to call our neighbour to collect. A means of communication back to advise, alternative date, or place would have been better. Cheers.
