The service I have received from David, while applying for a visa, was outstanding! Not only was David very professional and knowledgeable but he truly went beyond the regular service and spend a lot of time with me, helping in a very patient and friendly manner to process the application.

Man at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. Application process took under 5 minutes - I wasn't sure if I were to apply for the Tourist visa or the Q2 visa but the girl at the desk told me to give her all my documents and sorted it out for me. In total I bought - passport, photocopy of passport, hotel itinerary, flight information, invitation letter and my relative's ID photocopies (was staying with my relatives), and my application form. Collection process also took under 10 minutes. Always remember to book an appointment and try to get in early (I was there between 9:00am and 9:30am) and you will be fine!

Complete the papers online, get your photocopies together, head in and submit them, easy peasy. 4 working day return with 2 day express return available for your visa. Can be queues but allow an hour and you should be sweet :-)

Never applied before did not know that i needed a invitation from my friend inviting me to stay at her place plus a copy of both sides of a valid chinese ID otherwise the staff were good
