I found this lawyer to be very snealky and my wife told me he charged extremely high fees and he would not clarify with me. He even refused to accept that i was his clients and would only talk to my partner in chinese and not translate even though she would ask him. check all receipts work orders as According to my wife he had asked for 50k australian once we acquired a TR for her but I cant find any paperwork from him nor will he provide any. He aslo receipts on cash dockets and now we are having trouble getting our money back that was paid in advance now we wish to move to another agent. We won a court case and were awarded costs and we find out weeks later as this was not disclosed to me a week before christmas when money problems were at the highest. I feel our marriage is on the brink of collapse due to him not commincating properly and would strongly advise caution. Or if confident do it yourself and save yourself the pain i have just endured.
