Only two staff when I went in yesterday afternoon. One staff member sat on her chair on her phone and couldn’t be bothered to greet or assist. She avoided eye contact and I wondered if she was at a lunch break at her table but she wasn’t. Stark difference from the last time I was here 8 years ago where the staff were helpful and attentive. The other staff member was attending to 3 to 4 people but didn’t really give much information or assistance to a man making a query about traveling to Goldcoast. Even I knew more Than what she told him and honestly I could have done a better job. He walked with nothing more than what he had when he walked in. Please train your staff and be professional for a start

Useless! The woman I spoke to wanted to SELL ME a 2019, out-dated, visitors guide. No thanks!

The original worker at the desk I asked directions was telling me the place I was looking for was no there when the worker and the desk behind them gave accurate directions and knew straight away as they were obviously be a genuine local in the area and the other worker wasn't therefore didn't know. Workers need proper training and know how to communicate with others better.
