Booked a scenic flight of Alice Sorings. Arrived day of and no one had any record of us or our booking. Was so disappointing as I did not have enough funds to rebook and missed out on this once in a lifetime experience. The only reason i did not rate 1 star is because they issued refund fairly promptly and offered an apology. I will not use this site again

DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THIS BUSINESS. WE HAVE PAID for a tour and have been contacting the phone number for weeks plus emailing and no response. Unfortunately they took my daughter's money and now we cannot redeem the flight. VERY DISAPPOINTING. THEY ARE A SCAM.

I was contacted a week before my booking date asking where I was because they mixed up the dates. On the actual date I booked we arrived on the time asked, only to wait an hour for no pilot to show up. Luckily another pilot squeezed us in between other bookings. He was very apologetic and professional. Made the experience abit better.

Had a fantastic experience with Air Share. Was not sure about how to book my flight and Jack from customer support was extremely helpful over the phone when I booked. The flight was a gift for a friend and they absolutely love it!! Would highly recommend
