We recently went to South Africa. When booking the flights, the lady called Summah wS very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. As a result of corona, our flights back from South Africa were cancelled and the new lady there called Amy told us to directly deal with airline to get a refund. They sold us the ticket but we need to deal with emirates ourselves now. Very unhelpful and rude again! Will never ever use them again!!!!!!!
