My name is Peter Logan and my wife Lea and I were extremely happy with the service provided by the City office of Travel Associates and, in particular, the excellent work undertaken by Hayley Wiegand of that office.nWe encountered various difficulties, particularly, with our planned trip to Hong Kong that needed to be cancelled because of the unrest and Hayley handled all of that competently and efficiently.nHayley also assisted us with our insurance claim arising out of the monies that we lost from the Hong Kong portion of the planned holiday.nOverall, we again want to complement Hayley on her work and if we travel again, we will return to seek guidance from her.

5 Star service by all the team at Travel Associates formerly Escape Travel. This has been our 3rd time booking with them and have been extremely satisfied every time. If your looking for a company with the experience look no further then Travel Associates.
