For the last several years Kym Kurtz at Flight Centre, Castletown has provided us with excellent service with both Australian and overseas travel arrangements. She has been unfailingly professional, honest and cheerful. In particular, over the last 18 months she has provided us with excellent service under extremely stressful circumstances and still manages to do so with a smile. We can highly recommend Kym and I hope for her and the rest of the travel industry that there is a return to some sort of normalcy.

Teresa and her team have been absolutely amazing to work with for booking our holidays, over the past 8 yearsn2 years ago, my husband and my self started planning and paying off our second half world cruise. Fully paid off 2 weeks before pandemic was call. With Teresa’s reassurance,(and the great refund policy from Flight Centre) we were happy knowing that all cost associated with this trip would be refunded to the cent. Teresa kept us updated through the whole process,with email and personal calls.nNext holiday might only be a Murry River cruise, but will be definitely be booking through Teresa and her team

Highly recommend! In these unsettling times it is extremely stressful when circumstances force you to travel. But to not do it on your own, relives a lot of the pressure.nSarah Holmes was the most amazing. She got me there and back, was with me through several cancellations and bumps and nothing was ever too much trouble, even when I was messaging her in the middle of the night due to the time difference. She is the reason that I made it back and am safe at home with my loved ones. Thank you, Sarah!

Cassie was wonderful at Castletown Townsville nothing was too much trubble, I had book a flight to Brisbane then to Adelaide, from home. During Covert. Not realising the times were wrong.nCassie picked this up. She amazingly fixed everything up.. I am so grateful.nAll my flights are connecting nownThank you once again..
