Got there this morning to receive a small western union. When i arrived there no hello, just what i can do for you. I told the lady im here to collect a western union and straight away she respond how much. After telling her the anount she straight answer back we do not have this kind of money we do not keep money over night nothing i can do for you. I was so confused, then ahe ask all the ladys loudly if any got this cash in theyre tills front of every other customers, and they answer was also no. I have been told to come back in 2 houra or go to an other post office. Wich i did... How a small proxy post office will have this small amout of cash but not a big post office like lake side. They did make me feel like it was my fault. Really rude staff

Consistently had a line out the door . Not sure on what the purpose of the staff member is that floats around the floor rather than assisting customers on a counter?

Great customer service! Joondalup's member of the staff are very caring and helpful, offering a great advise on the various service. I'll recommend this store to my friends and family!

I haven't had many good experiences with Australia Post over the years, however, these last few times at Joondalup have been extraordinary. Ondola at the customer service desk - there is not enough space any review to express how kind and helpful this woman is. Thank you Ondola. There aren't many people these days who will go out their way to help you, (especially at a post office) but Ondola at Joondalup is definitely one of them. Australia Post, this woman deserves a promotion. She is doing your organisation a world of good.
