Incorrect information shared during the cancelation of the cruise and after a decent wait a further wait is required for the refund which is deemed a 'streamlined' process. Not able to complain, not able to escalate the matter, and the repeated scripted answers just infuriate not resolve any issues. I have never been a fan of travel agents who only look after themselves and stall with needless processes and sadly this has only proven why it is best to manage my own affairs when travelling. Don't trust any organisation with your own money, as such cancelled my future travel with this company as my thank you. Stop passing the buck and take ownership, as an organisation you need us poor soles to see you in good favour, without us we will never book again with you. I have streamlined this feedback as best I could. PS Flight Centre, Streamlining a process and simplifying refunds isn't a 12 week wait.

The lady I deal with is lovely and is from the old escape travel in grand plaza, Jessie mckay is the most helpful person I have met in the travel industry by far, I will always try to see her. I am sure the other staff are helpful too.nI am not sure how the name change from Escape Travel to Flight Centre will affect the group. Good luck with you travel plans and trips.
