Tobruk Drive Lookout

This is a great spot to get a view over the valley and also of Table Top Mountain. We stopped here before climbing the mountain and the view was spectacular. The area seems well maintained, a sealed road, relatively clean toilets (for a public toilet anyway). Seeing as it’s only a few minutes out of Toowoomba it’s a easy spot for a drive.

It has just had a major upgrade, parking is still limited, park in carparks on the way to it & walk down, well worth it. I give it a 4 because of the Carpark issue.

Stunning views it’s a real shame just how try it is up there but still so much wildlife as soon as you park the car you’re greeted by plenty of birds.nnVery quiet perfect place to get away. And a wonderful view of table top mountain.nnGreat spot for a picnic with plenty of shade, tables and even bbqs

Beautiful natural bush walks around the lovely range. Views forever! Birdlife and nature abound, and you can have a short walk or a stiff hike through the tracks up, down, and around Tabletop mountain. Take a photograph and breathe in the fresh air. Wonderful!
