Our association hires buses from Stonestreets now Premium Tours and we are invariably well satisfied.

My children were left at their collection point as bus was running 15 minutes early, due to having a different bus driver. I had to leave work to drive home 15 minutes and pick them up and some other children that also missed the bus. If I hadn't of done this the children would not of attended school. Called company and was told driver would be reprimanded and the boss would call me back. Two hours later got a call from same person NOT the boss, saying that infact the driver wasn't running early and he was infact on time as their Gps tracker confirmed this. Little did the company know that I know of four other families that called also to complain about their children missing the bus due to bus running early. Yes it's a small town and people talk. One friend when she called was told that the bus driver couldn't be tracked as the system was down. Go figure stories are a bit conflicting I think.nAs parents we put our trust in this bus company to get our children to school safe. All trust is broken when all the company is interested in is covering their own back sides.nI would of been happy with a sincere apology and firm affirmation of bus driver being reprimanded and a absolute promise that this sort of thing definitely won't happen again. Unfortunately all I got was the bus driver was definitely there on time. Tell that to the other four families.ud83dude21
