Booked a business trip for flights only to China before the virus was known. Lots of hidden undisclosed fees to loose $630 from the refund. Will be booking directly with airline next time instead of Flight centre as i did with hotel and got a full money refund back. Flight Centre Kawana is slow in response, would not recommend. :-(

I would highly recommend the helpful young lady Georgia. I have recently moved to Toowoomba and still book my holidays through her as she’s efficient, professional and overall very nice to deal with. From my little trip to the snow and now my big Europe trip, Georgia always seems to know what’s best and helps me save money. Great asset to the Kawana Cruise team.

A family member strongly recommended me to Bridget O'Callaghan and it's easy to see why. She is an amazing travel agent. Working with her was easy and pleasant and she just organised everything seamlessly. My Egypt/Africa trip went off without a hitch. Excellent service from Bridget who managed to rebook our flights when our airline were on strike. Dealt with everything speedily in a professional way. Will always book our future travel with Bridget due to her exceptional service.

I submitted an online enquiry with FC about a multi stop flight deal that took over a week to get back to me, so I went into Flight Centre Kawana to speed up the process and was aided by Georgia who was fantastic. She answered every query I had before I even asked it and ensured that we got our preferred seats on the flights we booked. Thanks so much Georgia!
