Great range of food and drink options, lots of seating with different areas so you can choose how close to the live stage you sit and also a smaller stage where single artists perform. Great mini sideshow alley for the kids (and parents!). In winter they have numerous gas heaters and hot bead heaters that are kept at safe distances for the kids. Only downside is when they have ticketed events in the concert hall, the line-up to get inside can be long (and rowdy), the music volume too loud and its just way to crowded - so unless you're going to the concert, check the schedule and avoid on those nights if going there with kids.
An absolutely brilliant night out! I took my wife and 2 year old for a rockabilly themed night and we all loved it. It was colourful, fun, had a wide range of tasty food. The music was sensational too - we loved every minute of it. We can't wait to come back. No need to go to Eat Street anymore.
Good variety of food vendors. Great set up and covered dining areas. I enjoyed the atmosphere. Sometimes the live music can be a bit loud. I went one night and it was very pleasant, and then another night was a rock singer that I had to compete with to order my food from the Brazilian BBQ vendor ud83dude44. Entry is a bit more expensive than Bite Markets near Morayfield, but for being on the coast and the convenience justifiable I guess.
Paid $50 for a plastic chair 700mm from the chair in front... Jon Stevens was awesome thank you for the music... took me back..... the door staff leading into the main event were probably some of the best i have seen in a long time... the offer of help to put my beer into a plastic cup was so well done.. thanks for not making me look silly.
Wasn't as good as I was expecting. The food from the Greek stall was very bland and boring, the portion side was also tiny for the price. My partners food from the Brazilian BBQ looked nice. Limited sweet options available and they had mostly sold out by 8pm.nI also for some reason was expecting it to more of an adult type crowd but the place was swarming with small children. I would probably come back if 18+ nights where held.
