Event Cinemas Kawana

Gold Class is exactly that. Limited seating, but very comfortable, padded reclining seats with foot rest. Big screen, great sound. Only misgiving, is food is served on a small tray in the dark. Should have eaten first or after the movie.

I go there a lot with my friends, not once have i had a bad experience. The employees there are nice too.

Did the Gold Class today - Mother's Day. Had the Mother's Day special with something like a high tea..?! Movie and seating great. Food left a LOT to be desired! Didn't know what we were eating as it was so dark. Food was average..especially the scones!! They were VERY VERY HARD...were like a rock! Am wondering if they were scones that were used as a display ??? These were so hard, they were brittle inside. Not happy. Quite disappointed given the cost.

A great cinema with fantastic customer service. Gold Class lounge chairs are new and comfy. Quality of food could be better but it was ok and a good selection of beverages.
