Hotel was average but the manager/night staff was very rude labelling us as schoolies (which we aren’t) making us feel unwelcome and upset as guests. For the money I paid I would at least expect some level of respect but apparently that must have costed extra

Unfortunately there's a build going on next door, so no peace and quiet. Also had council with excavation on the beach directly in front of units. Add all of that with the traffic out the front normally and it makes for a loud hectic position. We were not made aware of this through the bookings so pretty disappointed, we approached the apartments managers and they gave us a discount.

Not the Christmas holiday I was expecting. My family and partners expected an air conditioned self contained apartment and access to the heated spa/pool as advertised but was advised the day before our arrival that the air conditioning was no longer working. Hoping to spend some time in the pool after a long day we also found the heating was not working, during one of our spare days having fun in the pool we were told to keep it down. Rooms weren't very clean and absolutely nothing in the apartment was very comfortable, don't get me started on the toilet. When we asked for more toilet paper we were advised we would have to go and get our own as it was their policy. Would have been nice to know there was an active construction site next door as well. Worst week of sleep I've had in ages. Would not recommend.

Omg this is a must stay myself partner and 3 kids didn't want to leave Viv and Steve are so lovely the atmosphere felt like heaven we had the fourth floor 3 bedrooms with two verandas perfect view over looking the duck park and also the ocean.nPool was nice and lovely the unit was our dream holiday home wasn't cramped kids enjoyed the space and didn't want to leave we will definitely be back againn100% great customer servicenEven with the construction work was great as our son loves trucksnAlso had wild life to come for a visit Us

The place itself and the area it is situated in is lovely. The managers Viv and Steve are great. But they did not tell us that our bedroom backed straight on to the construction site..so early morning and all day into the night..lots of construction noise.
