Helpful staff friendly service and try to get you a good deal

Today I sat with Megan Sutton at RACQ Caloundra for a quick review of my policies, and it was quick (10-15mins) A couple of things came out of the meeting. So the big stuff to start with, Megan managed to provide me with three policies, cars and home, for the same price as I was paying for my cars alone! Great value. 2nd to that were, a higher-performing product, I got all the bells and whistles - all you can eat. Again, still for the price of my cars alone.nnI'm now covered for pretty much every situation. Pretty cool right.nnHowever, it was the level of service, professionalism, courtesy and easy which was what impressed me the most.nn10 out of 10 from me, highly recommend RACQ Caloundra for all your insurance needs.

Megan sorted what I thought may be a big issue with relative ease.

4 times RACQ were called to attend to a flat battery. The.4th call as battery flat at car dealer workshop to be.told that the battery is now dead and out of warranty.nThe service was good but what had been told did not align. Confused customer.

Excellent and helpful staff, easy parking! I highly recommend it!
