Desperate. Absolutely desperate... after waiting patiently for an hour I ask the receptionist why other people were getting called in before me. She apologised and said I would be called any minute now. Half an hour later I walked out as people who arrived after me were still getting seen first!!! Either the doctor purposely ignored me for 1 and half hours or the receptionist is incompetent. Either way, I advise you to go somewhere else. Even if it means driving for half an hour it will still be quicker then this dump.
