Shame on this place and to the receptionist that looks so old as she should be retired, she didn't even listen properly what I needed and she started saying ,I don't think the doctor will help you with that I need something to help me sleeping and she probably must confuse me with some drugs addicted person as she show me a list where it was written kind if stuff like that, and even if I was a drugs user that's not the way to treat people.. One start for you is even too much but unfortunately I couldn't put 0 stars SHAME ON YOU MAN AND YOUR PLACE THAT LOOKS OLD AND STICKY!

The doctor is not a very good listener and considers whatever we say about our problems as "rubbish." He is short tempered and does not like to listen much about our problems. I believe a doctor listens to his patients more about what they feel and remove all misconceptions in a positive way, rather than scolding them. I am sorry but as a patient, I should have liberty to say what I feel about my condition and ask questions, even though how stupid it may sound for a doctor.

Doctor Aru has been my, my wife's and many of our friends Doctor of choice for many years. He is everthing a family Doctor should be. He is clear in explaining his diagnosis and prognosis plus he has the ability to do this in multiple languages, Bahasa Melayu included. This is fantastic for my Indonesian wife. He is very well supported by Mrs. Natchmuthoo and her team in the administration and reception areas. I highly recommend this Leonard Street Medical Practice.
