Best Brisbane cinema just don't see in 4dx. Very uncomfortable seating

Many of the seats in the cinema need repair. Even some of the light covers on the walls are broken and need repair. Premium prices are charged so a few $$$ spent to keep the place comfortable and neat is not too much to ask.nnNov 20 Update - has improved greatly.

The first time at the movies before the pandemic. It was awesome ud83dudc4d. Really quiet, friendly staff, prompt and delicious food. Gold class was great! Drinks wern't overly expensive either. The movie choices seem to be getting better and better. Hopefully more to come.

1st time I have ever watched a movie and management have forgotten to dim the lights. Watched the entire movie with six, sorry 5, (1 was blown) flood lights illuminating the cinema and highlighting a much needed painted ceiling....oops. Popcorn was good though.

I love the good class, they have a lot of qualities and they charge for it. However for a few times that I was there the popcorn was old and cold, this is very disappointing. Although the other things are good the popcorn can be considered the main key of the cinema, and serving it cold or old is disappointing. For a few times I let it go but now it's a routine, I don't know if it's because I always get the last 9:15 session or if the procedure fails. I was embarrassed the times I gave feedback on the quality of the popcorn, this is not nice for a “Gold” class.
