I dealt with G. McK. for my sister's cremation. He was thorough, supportive and professional. He took time to explain what would happen, when it would occur and where it would take place. He also made a point of following up several days after our meeting to ensure that I was coping and that things were proceeding to my expectations. All went well. Subsequently I had opportunity to call him for ongoing advice and he again proved most courteous and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending the Aspley branch of KM Smith Funeral Directors. The entire process was trouble free and compassionate. Excellent.

Absolutely disgraceful service, ordered an organ player without an organ, turned sound off while playing a CD track, absolute disregard to the diseased.nAvoid these dire directors at all cost.
