Pharmasave Bracken Ridge Plaza

Amanda who is an assistant, and never wears her name badge, even though the rest of the team does, is always sooo rude(clearly she thinks she’s above reproach). She is short, slim build and has brown shoulder length hair. Christine, assistant manager is lovely though so at least she makes up for it.nnI, along with my team of support workers, have all had bad experiences with Amanda, time and time again. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere as I am tired of her nasty attitude.

The layout to find the front counter was confusing, but the staff were very helpful and well mannered.

Always super helpful staff. Store is always clean and tidy. Often will call up to check an item is in stock and the staff happily put it aside. If an item isn't in stock staff are more then happy to arrange to order it in which always comes really quickly. Couldn't be happier with a local Chemist.

The best team ever! Over the years, the service has always been 10 out of 10! And the care and friendliness has been second to none. We will miss you... and we hope that some of you will come and visit us in Scottsdale Tasmania...

Super rude staff at counter towards me and my special needs son when we are paying for our prescriptions. A lady named Navu or navy may be. Wont be going there anytime soon. Lovely pharmacist though.
