Absolutely Brilliant!nThe funeral directors were not only very friendly but also highly professional and compassionate.nnI have used other funeral services in the region and was disgusted by the lack of professionalism by those who are agents for others. Fitzroy actually own their business and they do a fantastic job of running it.nnOther services that are only agents for others also take a long time to get the ashes back from cremations (about 6 weeks for my Grandfather) because they get so behind, we had ours back in THREE DAYS!!
