Had the best experience in the Noosa Flight Centre recently. I was helped by a lovely young girl called Maddy. I went in store to book my first ever overseas trip (which I was so nervous about) and she made sure I had everything I needed. She was extremely professional, friendly and supportive and went above and beyond my expectations as a customer.nMaddy was also extremely knowledgeable in her field and I couldn’t recommend her more to anyone thinking of booking a holiday!! We have been travelling for 15 years plus & always loyal to the flight centre. We just booked our dream, a trip of a lifetime, once again but a special mention to Beckie in Noosa Civic who gave us all her devoted time to put together our holiday. It would not have been made possible without her time, ideas & motivation. A special thankyou to this special employee where nothing is a problem & works everything out taking your stresses away! We thank Beckie so much for her amazing service, a true diamond!

Tried to go in twice for assistance. Both times, when no one else was in the store, they were too busy talking amongst themselves to help me. Only after they finished their conversation was I then assisted. However once I was assisted it was as if they couldnt be bothered with me; not helping me at all. If I could give zero stars I would. Never going back.
