It's pretty nice and cool area to explore and discover new location, but best to go at low tides.nI was lucky to go at low tides but always do ur research before going.

Great spot, it's a pretty steep hill to the beach but it's worth it.

A short hike over the headland from north end of Sunshine Beach reveals these secluded caves. There is a slow rock climb (recommend barefoot) down to the caves. Only safe to visit at low tide but absolutely worth the effort on a sunny day.

Hard to get to when there is any swell.

Secluded area that mostly only the locals know about. For anybody looking to visit, I wouldn’t recommend trying at high-tide as access to these caves does become extremely dangerous, and not worth it. Plan your trip for low tide.
