What a wonderful, warm and caring team at Drysdale's! Many special touches that certainly did not go unnoticed with a beautiful setting and Nicole was happy to do whatever we wanted to help make the day extra special. It was truly a perfect, personal send off with lots of love felt all around us. When we came back to pick up the ashes, it felt like Nicole was family so warm and once again extra touches without question. I would give them a six if I could. Thank you for making an incredibly sad time so special. xxxx

Avoid if possible. Especially if you get Lynette, she's a shocker of a person and so unsympathetic. I would go anywhere else but this place. They just want your money. They stuffed things up and didn't apologise, even though they had been given clear instructions and plenty of notice. You can't undo stuffing up a memorial service for a loved one. If it had been up to me, I would not have paid the full price.
