Great service! Have used this company several times since we have been in Port Douglas and the drivers were nice to talk to and always on time.

I waited 3 hours for this service after buying a return ticket to my hotel from port Douglas. They said that they come every 10mins to the hour and 20mins past the hour. BULL DUST!! I’m still here and will go with another company. You ripoffs. You thieves!

Purchased a 3 day pass and was told last pickup was midnight. I called the driver at 1153pm and the phone rang out. Called about 7 times. At about 1210 we had to use a different shuttle service and pay extra. I would not use this company. Very unprofessional.

Extremely unhelpful and rude PIA! We paid over the phone in November last year for a book of bus tickets ($125) they were apparently mailed to us and we never received them. Even though the office has a record of the numbered tickets, which they could make 'unusable' they refuse to give us a refund until the tickets are returned. Which is impossible because they are hardly going to turn up after more than 2 months........ PIA indicated that I may be going to the trouble of hassling her for a refund suggesting that she can't be sure that i didnt receive them!! After spending $2000 plus over the past 2 years at CRC I am disgusted at the response to my request.

Avoid their local bus service. Says its every half an hour, sells only return tickets but frequency of service seems very sporadic.nnAlso a taxi is probably cheaper if there's more one of you.
