Short: Awesome, awesome crew and service. I wasn't too impressed by the underwater experience, but it was poor visibility because of the bad weather (rain and strong winds) -which, of course, wasn't their fault. Company kindly offered a reschedule - should've taken it. Be mindful of the weather. Take those sea sick tablets ASAP!nnI and my girlfriend did one of the cruises on the Silversonic with the scuba option. We had Simon as our instructor, who was super nice and patient. This was my 3rd scuba experience and I found it to be the most personal and attentive with the small groups. I can only give my praises to the crew who looked after us so well, especially anyone feeling off because of the weather. The company itself was great in that they had no issue rescheduling because of the weather, but we decided to brave it. In hindsight we should've rescheduled because the experience would have been great in even average weather.
Pleasant trip out to the outer reef and back. Staff very supportive when snorkelling. Lunch variety was good. A little disappointed that the last submersible trip was only 10 minutes, but generally a fantastic experience.
Mixed experience, mainly due to inconsistent staff customer service. Some of the older staff including the bus driver lack minimal etiquette and are just a buzz kill. Reef itself is good, still not bleached. disappointed about no photographer available for scuba diving with all the corals and fish, which is the case when diving with other companies around Cairns.
Went solo and didn't snorkel. Had a great day and COVID restrictions taken seriously. All staff, online reservations, marina office staff and boat crew are the best. Deserve more than 5 stars. Didn't miss out by not snorkelling and another tick off the bucket list. Thank you Quicksilver for a great day
Great people and care for customers! Thank you!nCan’t thank these guys enough. We were so late due to traffic but they not only let us board, but they did it with beautiful smiles. Each and every crew was very accommodating till we off boarded.
