We had a fantastic trip on the Lady Douglas. Fantastic family run business operated with a high level of professionalism. Lovely little touches including complimentary drinks and snacks. We saw one small crocodile and it was very interesting to learn about the history of the mangroves + Port Douglas area. Fantastic way to fill a morning.
Went cruise yesterday. Really enjoyable and worth every dollar. Captain gave a great enjoyable commentary. Drinks & nibbles were lovely. Very friendly operator & deck hand. Saw 4 crocodiles. Thank you for your fantastic hospitality.
The kids and I enjoyed the cruise. We saw a crocodile and other wildlife. The boat was good and the supplied drinks and a snack. We all enjoyed the tour and information provided. Definitely recommend and it's not to long.
Having been on the Lady Douglas now as third time return customers over the past 12 years the standard and quality of the cruise experience has not declined. The hospitality and commentary from the knowledgeable hosts is both entertaining whilst informative - feel like I learn something new each time. This cruise has suited us as a couple and has been suitable to go on when our kids arrived - 3 of whom suffer travel sickness, it is calm and gentle and the kids were not sick at all even when we went on open water. Can't wait to do it again!!!
It was AMAZING and avid to the team! I recommend everyone to go on this tour. It was fantastic, the skipper was very funny, the hostess she was so helpful in assisting and ensuring we were looked after with complimentary drinks and snacks. Worth more than the price it charges. Loved it. Thanks for making this memorable for my parents and I. Definitely will be back with the extended family.
