The guy in the shop and was very condescending when we came in and made a snide remark, making us not interested in purchasing any of the wonderful artwork.
My wife asked about the source of a product she was interested in buying and the guy working there was quite rude, couldn't bring himself to answer a simple question without being condescending and gruff. Just answer the question mate, it's called customer service.
