Miss Pinyon was most helpful. I was traveling with my cat to Brisbabe from Adelaide. She arranged all the details for my precious felines first flight. Put my mind at ease knowing that the cat & I would arrive on the same flight.

Unhelpful, had to chase them up. Staff openly talking negatively about other customers in front of everyone. Misleading. Wouldn't recommend.
