Poor service with last transaction - took way too long to amend flight details and required constant follow up by myself. Total lack of communication however this was with one consultant only. Have found other consultants to be excellent with previous dealings

Really friendly and helpful team at Aberfoyle Park that aided me getting tickets home from Europe, all via email. I ended up having to make a change to the booking as well, which was dealt with wonderfully.
