The staff here are so rude especially the middle aged lady who says sweetie over and over. Very condescending and seems to be over her job. They know customers and insist on ID to be shown. She Is so rude and on this occasion nearly reduced my 12 year old daughter to tears. Do yourself a favour and don’t shop here, change post offices. It’s like fawlty towers, they are constantly rude.

Consistently bad service from one staff member in particular (middle aged woman, assuming manager). This is my closest post office and I have visited four times within the last few weeks and she is consistently extremely rude. Other younger staff are very helpful.

Great service to local residents, always helpful, great little newsagency with all the basics covered and a few little extras for gifts etc. These guys do a great job looking after parcels and providing post office functions. Keep up the good work Lenah Valley LPO and Newsagency!
