Kali Foster from Kallista Chinese Medicine has been my doctor of choice for over 12 years. Her professionally skilled response to a variety of situations illustrate just how awesome her particular blend of modalities works. I have been seeing Kali for over a month now, to help me release an early childhood trauma that has been affecting me my whole life. The sessions have been gentle and flexible around my needs each time, and I can feel how much is shifting in me as a result, although in a safe and manageable way. The changes in my life have been dramatic and I look forward to seeing what happens after another month!

I spent many months seeing Kali for acupuncture, cupping and Chinese herbs. It was a very stressful time for me both physically and emotionally and I found Kali to be very empathetic and compassionate and I felt her treatments helped me to restore myself and heal. I booked in only for an acupuncture session; Kali decided to do all manner of things for my tender hand RSI condition including a very painful, overzealous massage which left me with bruising and now chronic hand pain, swelling and trigger points. Extremely bad.
