Fifth Element Day Spa

My first time getting treated here at Fifth Element & I had the Rainforest revival ritual done by the amazing Crystal she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed!! For such an expensive place they should have really good massage tables. The whole time it was squeaking as I was getting a massage it was so off putting, and on top of that the hole that you put your face in was the most uncomfortable thing ever, ive had many massages and normally find them comfortable but this one was so bad. Wouldn't recommend at all, big waste of moneynnEdit: I just got a phone call from the owner today saying that two of the workers there said I was being aggressive and threw a towel and threw money at the workers which was the biggest lie! I was respectful when I was there and didn't say or do anything aggressive in the slightest; I didn't even say I wasn't happy with the service to them. i told her if she has cameras she can check them cause there was nothing of the sort. I didn't even pay with cash I paid with a voucher and the remaining on card. She accused me of lying because she said two of her workers couldnt be lying and she asked me to remove the review because I was in the wrong. I hung up because I was being accused of lying and she wasn't believing me or giving me a chance to talk. Just kept saying I yelled at the workers and threw towels and money which never happened. I was very respectful to the staff while there and didn't complain or say anything; and the owner was having a go at me on the phone for things that didn't happen

I absolutely adore this place! I was recommended 5th element by a friend of mine who is a qualified beauty therapist (so she knows her stuff)nThe staff are always friendly and great at their treatments. The treatments are always luxurious and the rooms are stunning.nI don’t know what doonas they use when having a scrub and massage but I want one haha.nThanks so much Maryanne who was my therapist the last few times. You’re a gem and I love your work.nHighly recommend this spa. I always buy my friends and family vouchers for here.nLove love love

This is my favourite day spa to visit. The staff are always amazing & very professional. The spa itself is very luxurious and always immaculately presented. Highly recommend

Amazing experience, I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant and this massage was exactly what I needed, calm and soothing.
