Great service from friendly receptionists to technicians. Had a few scans and then treatment done under US guidance. Was cared for throughout the whole process and kept informed about costs and process.

Incredibly rude receptionist. The English one to be exact. She was rude to me on the day of my scans and I watched as she was extremely rude to another man. She had asked him to take a seat then 30 minutes later asked him why he was there and said he was meant to come to the counter to be seen. Ridiculous considering she had told him to sit there. She was also rude to me on the day I needed to pick up my scans and reports. I had called ahead and asked for the report and X-ray. She stated they would be ready. On my arrival only the X-rays were there and I got a lecture on how they do not give out reports. So why tell me on the phone that it would be there? I thought it was possibly just me but after looking at these reviews I can see there is a massive problem at this business. The technicians were fantastic but all it takes is the front face of your business to make people not want to return.

I would like to share our experience today I was actually in there last week with mum. Today with my sister. The lady on the desk is lovely. Such a busy clinic. Phones were crazy. She was so composed and organised. I’m sure I’ve dealt with her before. Very well presented can’t remember her name but she has an accent maybe English shes a credit. I’ve read some awful reviews but have to say it’s never been our experience. She seemed at one point the only one on the desk for quite sometime. As my sister left she wished her good luck. She was dealing with a difficult patient with a language barrier for quite a time. Handled it so professional. I hope our feedback gets back to her.

Ushered and herded in..was barely paid attention to.. they had different persons results on the screen were going to perform a procedure where I didn't want it lol. Staff talking over me from across rooms as if I wasn't there...felt like a third world surgery.

Not sure why the negative comments. I have been here for pregnancy scan and the receptionist has been thorough (making sure appointment is booked for the right week, tell you the costs upfront, and ask you if you have been here before to let you know where you should park etc). Even answered my questions about medicare rebates. No complaints about the radiology services either- was greeted with a cheerful hello, answered my questions and wished me luck. Overall a good experience.
