Spoke with a fella by the name of Joshua this afternoon at around 6. I had accidentally purchased the wrong headlight, and came back in to return it. Supacheap Albury get a five star customer service. My wife bought me roof racks on the online Supacheap store for a Christmas present. The racks never came with the option of a fitting kit. I approached Supacheap Albury store and spoke to Josh there and he was absolutely amazing. Seriously he deserves a raise. He found out that the fitting kit is not available to February ( mind you it’s December) so he sourced another manufacturer roof rack and kit and got it to me in two days. The lady manager their was absolutely terrific as well. Honestly I can’t thank Supacheap Albury enough.

Its a corporation. Its has employees who are paid a basic wage. Now that has sunk in where do you buy your car parts.
