great customer service. good range of items and they will best the price if you have a catalogue. I saved over 1000 on a Dell laptop via a 3rd party (rental) with this company. very happy with the service and staff.

I actually bought a TV from the good guys Dec 20. But the after sales support was horrible. I went to JB Hifi and Adam there was the BEST. He helped me with what I needed. He was so so helpful. A real asset to your business.

If I could 0 I would. Tried to get a modem and asked for some assistance for a vdsl modem. Guy said they were all compatible, showed him the box where it said it wasn't and his response? Well if you know so much, I will leave you to it and left. So much for customer service.
