Easy to get in to, wait times are only 10-15 minutes, which is common everywhere. The staff are great and all the doctors over the years have been onto my needs. Ok, you get the doctor turn over, welcome to country Victoria. They get results to our local hospitals with speed and accurate diagnosis. Well done team

Time for me rant, I dont know what is going on there, the staff turnover is so high, reception staff, doctors even the lovely nurses and practice manager Liz has left. This often indicates very poor management from above.nnI have been going there for 4 years and now the owner (doctor) allows early bookings but I have booked the first appointment of the day x 3 times and she is always 45 min late.nnToday I checked My Gov account and find out that they have billed Medicare for services not provided.nnYes it is a Medicare farm.nnThe new reception staff yell at you your personal details for everyone to hear. The practice is going down hill very quicklynnWont be going back

I have had nothing but care and support from Drs, Nurses and reception staff. Grateful.

You can't even say they have poor communication because there isn't even any attempt to let you know what is happening with your appointment. You could be waiting until the clinic hours are up and still not know when the doctor will see you.nnIf you value your time even a little, don't even bother trying this lot - they certainly don't value yours.

Shocking. Have been there 4 times..even if you have early appointment, you still have to wait at least a half hournnThis time around had an early call from doctor to come in and see her..was told by reception to sit in the hallway which was very uncomfortable as doctors and patients squeeze past...app time was 12.30...got called at 2...doc usually great..today short and blunt..rushed in and out...nToo long to wait....always training new reception staff...nShould have read all reviews before going there.nnConsidering a formal complaint☹
