Had a great experience with this business from the first point of contact to receiving my item.nStaff over the phone were friendly when I initially called up in regards to stock quantities. The delivery of the product from the warehouse to their shop in Mitcham was efficient, and they gave me a call as soon as it came in. When I did visit in-store to pick up, service was incredibly friendly. Overall, just a great impression from these guys and a simple process. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Five stars is simply not enough. The best customer service, quickest delivery time and all-round best experience of any camera store in Australia. Even if it meant spending slightly more, I would still choose to shop with PROtog.

Great small business photography retailer. The owner Jeff and his staff members take plenty of time to listen and learn about your photography job or requirements to make professional suggestions and product solutions that work for you. Have purchased there at least a half dozen times over the years. Thanks guys keep up the level of service!
