The staff here are rude, obnoxious, and not at all what they claim to be.nnThrough live chat, their staff are unknowledgeable about their products and I learnt more about the product through their pages and Google. When I asked to be directed to a manager it took 2 days for them to get back to me. The manager was alright as we were discussing a bundle, but when I returned after a few days they cut me off livechat every single time I came on their website, even if it was just to enquire after prices.nnOptics Central came highly recommended through a friend, but has obviously seen better days. This is what happens when businesses think customers pay up and are not even worth talking to.nnStay far away from this bunch of pretentious know-nothings!
