Could not be happier with the service I received from STEV. I would give 10 stars if I could. Steve was patient and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. He went above and beyond my expectations. He was also fast with great communication for a very reasonable price. My 2007 Mac book is like new again! 100% Worth the travel from Lilydale. Don't go for convenience. Go for 5 star performance.

Sent a SMS to Steve on Sunday afternoon , advising my laptop died. Didn't expect a response till Monday, however I received one a few hours later. Dropped laptop off on Monday morning. Received a call at Tues lunchtime and a quote was provided. Later that evening, I received a text advising the laptop was ready to pick up on Wed.nExcellent customer service from the first interaction with Steve. A very professional outfit, will definitely go back when needed. Highly recommended.
