Went to Nunawading branch today and totally blown away by the customer service. Tash was very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped us pick up the right ear phones for our need. The store manager was approachable and saved us a lot of time and solved our query then and there.nWent to the same place few years ago and didn’t find them very helpful. Hence, writing a review.nThis is the type of customer I would like to see at every store.
Good experience, fast and easy click and collect service. Parking was ample, especially in the underground lot and the staff were friendly and helpful with regards to my order. Would be great if hours were extended particularly during the week!
Mobile phone replacement needed, mine died. Being electronically challenged myself, found the staff helpful, Knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Particularly Sarah, without whom I would have definitely struggled.nThankyou for your kindness and exemplary customer service. My sincere thanks.
