Drive-In Supa IGA Bottle Shop

I found as most of us do, that a business is either good, bad, very good, very bad, or the extremes of both. What makes it one or the other, well in my opinion as a customer, as well as a reviewer, it is is the staff, the person your dealing with, the way he, she interacts with you, their knowledge on what it is your there to purchase, there appearance means a lot to some and not so much to others but where my opinion lies on this is basically if they are clean, and polite and respectable without having to be spotlessly dressed etc then that's enough. IGA bottle shop drive inn may not be a palace but it's clean, staff that I have dealt with have been of an excellent character, appearance has never really been unacceptable, the service on the whole has been excellent and pending on who greets you their knolege of product is very good and if whom is serving you and they can't answer your inquiry they will get some one who can within a moment, now you can't ask any more than that other than if they would purchase it for you. Ha ha. Prices are reasonable, not excessive unless comparing it with big discount businesses like Dan Murphys. I would give IGA a score of between 7.8 and 8.2 which is a high rating as I have never and will never give 10 as a rating, as no business is perfect as no person is perfect either. I would shop there as well as Dan Murphys and will continue to as they Iga serve my needs. I cheers Stuart.
