I hardly ever write reviews however had to as customer service and contact was excellent - shout out to Kylie for the status of the order and updates. I am interstate and shipping of the product was fast and packaged securely. Will definitely order from here again.
Amazing service! They fixed my Mac within 2 days and did additional things they did not need to do and I couldn't recommend the guys there enough. Will definitely be going back if I ever have any more problems
Terrible ! I know supporting local business is important - but ...given my experiences with this business I’d say go somewhere else Didn’t answer the phone , waited 15minutes for guy to appear at counter - then backed away - yes literally from helping me - totally pathetic - go somewhere else !
Went in at least a month ago hoping to buy a phone, had a man serve me who was very helpful and honest, was told it would be in in about 3 days, I gave it 1.5 weeks until I called in again and was informed by a different sales person it would be 2 weeks to come in, never got a call back. I understand it’s difficult to get things in stock sometimes however I ordered one online from elsewhere and it came in less than 24 hours from interstate :(
