Overall a good experience and recommended for an eye test if you need one.nnFriendly, nice and professional staff.nnI give 3 stars because the first lady, who did initial eye tests with the instruments, seemed to be a bit in hurry. Also the instruments needed to be cleaned of dusts which is especially important in this pandemic situation.

Great comprehensive customer service here. The new location and layout is great and there are lots and lots of staff to look after you. The eye testing equipment is quite advanced and they are very thorough and in determining what you need for your vision.

I had such a great experience with this store. Got some glasses on a prescription from another store and got it filled here. Turned out they were not right for me. We rang up and spoke to Kate. Such a wonderful and helpful persine. Nothing was to hard. Problem was fixed at no cost to me. Thank you team
