I've been multiple times and the staff have been very friendly and helpful. All the doctors I have seen so far have been amazing and genuinely care for the patients. The reception staff are very easy to talk to when needing to book an appointment and are always in contact regarding appointment times/availability either via text or phone. I'm very glad that SHDH added this building.

The best thing to happen in swan hill. A very needed and welcomed medical service with a fantastic list of Doctors that one can only hope this service can retain. The Nursing and Reception staff here are both friendly & accomodating, making a visit here a pleasant and comfortable experience.

It's a shame I have to even give it 1 star to leave a review.nnTL;DR: Horrible place due to the reception staff, go elsewhere.nnFirst time I walked in over 3 months ago the two ladies at reception were having a personal conversation and didn't acknowledge me standing there until they were done - I was the only one waiting. The appointment was a month or so ahead due to the Dr. being on leave. Turns out they provided me with a card that had the wrong date on it.nnI called to confirm on the day to be told we had missed and was earlier in the week. A little annoyed, but alright... we're all human. Rebooked a week later over the phone with Polly. Confirmed the date and time multiple times explaining the situation in that phone call. Multiple times it was confirmed to me and we'd recorded it down at that point.nnCalled today to confirm the appointment, and was advised that we'd missed it again as it was earlier in the day. A horrible nightmare of complete incompetence and apathy from staff here.
